All orders placed by customers with Gro Garden Products are accepted only on the understanding that the customer has read and fully understands the Terms & Conditions of Sale listed below-
Due to our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice. All special offer items have been offered for sale at the higher price for a minimum 28 consecutive days. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is despatched (orders are normally processed immediately after they’ve been placed, so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it). If this is the case then we can’t always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, just return it to us for a full credit for the goods value only.
We will endeavour to complete delivery within 7 working days unless otherwise advised, but no liability can be accepted if circumstances prevent this. If we fail to deliver within the timescale advised, you may be entitled to a full refund. Claims for consequential losses arising from late delivery will not be accepted.
Any goods can be returned for credit within 56 days of invoice date providing they are not soiled or damaged in any way. We will credit the full value of the returned items.
Loss in Transit
Please notify us immediately if your order has not arrived by the agreed delivery date. If notification is not made within 5 working days of the agreed delivery date, we will not be able to accept a claim for goods lost in transit.
Damaged Goods/Missing Items
All parcels must be checked prior to signing the delivery note. If there is any damage to products, or missing items, this must be advised on the delivery note and reported to Gro Garden Products within 3 working days. We reserve the right to reject claims for damaged and missing items if the above procedure is not followed.
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use of the faulty products will be accepted.
